I strongly believe in treating each client individually and basing my treatment techniques upon my findings. Some of the techniques I use may include, but not limited to, are: IFT (Integrated Fascial Techniques), BMM (Biodynamic Myofascial Mobilizations),Visceral Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, L.A.S.T. (Ligamentous Articular Strain Techniques), MET (Muscle Energy Technique), Joint Mobilizations, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Release, Mastectomy Care Pre/Post, Breath with Fascia, and Basic MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage).
